Mental hyperactivity, emotional hypersensitivity/dryness, physical laziness and karmic loops

Blind rush and ambition, Incrementally moving away from self, Reinforcing a mental thought until It manifests into a habit, Fuelling growth and success at a cost, Physical and emotional health suppressed, Limited time to relax and care for self, Soon the reward (~ habit loop) is not enough, Yet attention (~energy) is persistently directed towards it, A large imbalance thus develops, Lopsided growth with mental hyperactivity and emotional suppression, Interrupting natural self healing pathways, Manifesting in a disease with varied symptoms, Unheeded and unaddressed habits turn into patterns which over time become blindspots, Resulting actions and behaviour have unintended consequences. The healing journey back to the self, Does not happen magically overnight, It is an incremental and step by step process, Demanding patience, and slowing down, Incremental unlearning and relearning, Removal of damage, Replacement with healthy processes, Repatterning combined with relaxation, Internalising...
