Self management during conflict active state

The belief that happiness can be attained by involvement in worldy narratives and activities drives interest and motivation which in turn drive attention. Attention (unconscious, conscious or driven by subconscious factors) and involvement in a particular narrative is an energy investment . Repeated attention and involvement in narrative/s serves as a reinforcing loop . Over time it yields a dividend and after maturity a corresponding outcome. Following re-balancing actions can be taken during conflict active state :  1. Nadi shodhana pranayama 2. Attention towards and involvement in negative thoughts/narrative is reinforcing one or more misbeliefs. Redirect attention to understanding the misbelief and then overcome it. 3.
