Self awareness during daily activities

Following essential factors during any activity facilitate alignment between the physical body, psyche and spirit as well as balanced outcomes:

1. Being fully present (breath awareness, body awareness, posture awareness),
2. Awareness of speech faculty (
preferrably silent, where applicable minimal and discriminatory use when silence not possible, tone awareness),
3. Complete attention (cognitive awareness, sense organs awareness)

For example:
1. Silence, full attention to food in plate (it's fragrance, visual, sound, taste, touch qualities), eating process (chewing slowly), breath awareness, body awareness (appetite, interest, satiety, posture) ensure optimal nourishment of body, mind and spirit.
2. Silence, full attention to defecation process, non-involvement with outward thoughts, breath awareness, body awareness (apana mudra, appropriate posture) ensures optimal excretion from body and mind.
