A. Dincharya:
1. Swara yoga practice while waking up from sleep.
2. Gratitude and prayer.
3. Breath awareness, Kriya yoga, meditation.
4. Drink warm water or mixture of warm water, lemon juice and honey (one to two glasses).
5. Cleanse eyes (Netra prakshalana) using water soaked in Triphala overnight. Cleanses eyes and naso-lacrimal ducts.
6. Brush teeth, massage gums (Dataun), Scrape tongue (Jivha nirlekhana): cleanses and strengthens tongue, teeth, gums, salivary glands, oropharynx, tonsils.
7. Neti: cleanses nose, naso lacrimal ducts, eustachian tube, nasopharynx, tonsils.
8. Gandusha, Kavala using water soaked in Triphala overnight : cleanses/ strengthens oropharynx, oral cavity, tongue, salivary gland, facial muscles, eustachian tube, tonsils.
9. Intake of Mulethi kwatha + Dashmool kwatha: Vata anulomana, vara shamana, pitta balance, Imparts rooting and strength.
10. Abhyanga: vata anulomana, relaxing, reduces pain.
11. Yoga, Vyayama, Walk: flexibility, activity, physical strength, balance, enhances Agni.
12. Shower (Snana): relaxing, stimulating, Enhances Prana, Agni, strength.
13. Practice kriya yoga, Six step Nirmal Dhyana, Sun yoga. Balancing effect enhances Prana and awareness.
14. Adhyatma: Swadhyaya, Satsang, Reading, Contemplation, translation. Facilitates unlearning, leads to Attitude correction, Enhances acceptance and understanding, has a peaceful and calming effect.
15. Breakfast:
a. Intake of Kanji made from roasted Navdhanya flour + pure organic cow's ghee (preferably aged) + pure palm jaggery + water.
b. Light, easy to digest breakfast made from wholesome, organic ingredients. Intake of nutritional supplements (micro and macronutrients specifically vitamin b complex).
16. Unlearning: habits, patterns, blind spots, beliefs, cognitive biases.
17. Learning: right attitude, right way of communication, emotional awareness.
18. Lunch:
a. Kaltariyu: intake of a 2-3 gms of a mixture of dried ginger (sunthi) powder, jaggery, cow's ghee before lunch.
b. Freshly cooked easy to digest warm food (as per Prakruti, Vikruti, Desha, Kala).
c. Walk (Shata pavali).
d. Lie down in left lateral position + Breath work (Vaam kukshi) (10-15 minutes).
19. Light constructive work/activity like gardening.
20. Music practice.
21. Dinner: light, warm, before sunset (Chauvihar).
22. Evening walk.
23. Ratricharya:
a. Massage Santulan Padabhyanga ghrita on foot.
b. Oral health (brush teeth, use tongue scraper, gargle with salt and turmeric mixed in warm water).
c. Apply Tupanjana to eyes.
d. Ear drops (Karna purana) using Santulan Shruti oil.
e. Swadhyaya.
