Process

While maintaining self awareness, if the soul settled in its knower state knows the environment, others and unfolding events as they are then this process does not have any impact on the mind, body and spirit. This is the ideal way of living and does not require any energy (Case1).

Inability to observe and know a triggering event as it is (while maintaining self awareness) might result in conflict, evoke a memory/feeling or provoke the ego. The mind gets involved to facilitate processing and meaning making of the event using existing mental models. This cognitive processing is energy intensive. These mental models are influenced by evolutionary state of the soul, physical state of the individual, emotional state of the individual, mental state of the individual, prior experiences, beliefs, environment, and prevailing circumstances. After processing, the mental model might provide gross feedback to the individual that the event is favorable or unfavorable. Directly believing in this mental feedback may result in evocation of a variety of dual emotions. For example, love and hatred. Prevailing level of understanding and awareness in the individual; level of belief, involvement of the individual in these emotions; and energy levels trigger verbal or physical action. These activities (physical, mental and verbal) leads to discharge of energy. Depending on level of, the mind might continue to process the original event or its sequelae on its own when faced with similar events or memories in the future. This involves additional energy usage (Case2).

The body, mind and spirit are nourished through nutrient rich and fresh food, food habits aligned with daily and seasonal regimens applicable to a particular location; self-esteem, motivation (self and from others), healthy relationships with self and others. The energy that builds through this nourishment is used for processes described in Case2.

Inappropriate verbal or physical actions arising out of lack of/partial awareness and understanding could result in unintended consequences at the body, mind and spirit level. Notably it might impact energy and motivation levels. The impact is profound if these inappropriate actions persist and are repeated again and again (Reinforcing loop). Repeated such discharge of energy results in a low energy stage which in turn fuels case 2 leading to the development of a vicious cycle.
