Freedom

Asserting one's freedom effortlessly, 
Within oneself,
Without any outward gaze,
While ensuring that it is not at the cost of others,
Not driven by the urge to suppress someone else, 
Ones freedom should not mean another's slavery,
One's freedom cannot be at the cost of someone else's right to self determination.

Self awareness, holistic understanding, acceptance, ability to self regulate, maturity, experience, wellness status (physical, psychological) are key personal factors that determine how one responds to a conflicting event.
