Process 1

Components (~Morsels of sense organs) within the cue/event are perceived simultaneously at physical, intellectual, emotional, and mental levels. Usually in most individuals the mind dominates perception and response. In some mature individuals (neocortical development + self aware), the soul's awareness is able to aloofly observe the cue/event and does not mind any form of resulting outcomes. In the case of some seekers, they are unable or not always to see the cue/event as it is and embrace it's outcomes. In such cases the mind takes over.

The mind processes, analyses, digests and evaluates the cue/event in light of past experiences/memories and using its limited understanding and experience interprets it. Aligning or believing in the partial interpretation results in gross and subtle involvement. It might also provoke the ego and if substantial then kickstart a conflict pathway. In addition to immediate energy discharge (reduction), it leads to varied types of responses/reactions at physical (organ), emotional (dual), mental (habits, patterns), and verbal level. Individuals with high self awareness (mature self aware individual) respond appropriately or remain silent. It neither leads to any mental impact (self or others) nor does it have any karmic residue. On the other hand, individuals with low self awareness react with minimal regard of self and others (for example: in tandem with guilt, distress, pain, fear, insecurity, uncertainty, hatred, bias etc). This may have immediate and delayed unintended consequences including low self esteem, low motivation, resentment, guilt consciousness etc. Similar repetitive events over time in addition to incrementally reducing energy, also reinforce similar responses or reactions. The affected individual might also experience an entire conflict resolution journey (conflict active and conflict resolution state, hanging healing).

An incident cue or triggering event is usually outside the daily routine. Rather than perceiving it as a disturbance, see it as a test of one's patience, as a learning and development opportunity.
