Overcoming sleep issues

Self assessment questions:
1. Is the bed comfortable? 
2. Are you fasting?
3. Are you doing enough exercise?
4. Do you have enough exposure to Sun light? 
5. Are you having difficulty falling asleep or maintaining a sleep state? 

Self management tips:
1. Warm oil massage (Abhyanga) before taking a bath.
2. Apply Khojati Tupanjana to eyes and Santulan Padabhyanga ghrita to the feet before going to sleep.
3. Apply Herbal hair oil before going to sleep.
4. Read before going to bed. Stop screen time atleast an hour before going to sleep.
6. Go for a walk after dinner.
7. Pray before going to bed.
8. In case of overthinking, start writing.
