Topical skin ointment with Yashada (Zinc) as an ingredient

Yashada (Zinc) also has external uses.

A. Ingredients:

  1. Yashada bhasma: Anti-septic and mild astringent. 
  2. Gandhak rasayan (Sulpher): Anti-septic, parasiticide and mild irritant.
  3. Karpura (Camphor): Anti-septic and anti-fungal.
  4. Nilgiri Tel (Eucalyptus Oil): Anti-septic.
  5. Takan khara (Sodium carbonate)


B. Following are its main uses: 

  1. It alleviates itching.
  2. It is useful scabies. 
  3. It is helpful in healing skin burns.
  4. It us useful in healing cracked skin, cuts, scratches, pimples, boils, wounds.
