Mint cooler

Ingredients:
Fresh mint (Pudina) leaves, fresh lemon juice, sugar/palm jaggery, black salt/pink salt, water.

Preparation:
Ideally grind the mint leaves manually using a mortar and pestle. Filter out the juice through a strainer/sieve. Add water and then add lemon juice, sugar/palm jaggery, black salt/pink salt to taste. Stir and Serve fresh.

Uses:
Digestive, cooling, mild laxative, relieves abdominal distention.
